In Latin “Paratus” means prepared
When injury strikes, it's all about preparing to be back on the field
Injuries Suck
There’s no lesson in not being able to play when you want to. The hardest part isn’t the rehab — it’s losing the daily outlet, the routine, the feeling of being part of the game instead of orbiting around it.
Paratus Baseball
At its core, Paratus Baseball is about understanding. Understanding your body, your limitations, and the reality of rehab without sugarcoating it. It’s about learning how injuries impact more than just mechanics or velocity — they affect identity, confidence, and how you see your future in the game.
This site isn’t here to tell you what to do. It’s here to think out loud with you. To share experiences, observations, and lessons learned while navigating the uncomfortable space where baseball becomes less about performance and more about patience.
